Our in-house team offers a range of classes, activities and services to further benefit your mind and body during your stay at Robin’s Nest.

Prices for the classes are 50€ for 2 people, and 10€ for each additional person, unless stated otherwise in the class description.

Speak to anyone in the team at the house about which class you would like to book. They will make sure the instructor comes to you to schedule a time that fits you.

Stretching and Joint Health

Instructor: Jacobine (EN / DK)
Duration 1.5h
When: Any time

Joint Health focuses on building strength around the body’s major joints, improving mobility and enhancing flexibility. Through targeted exercises, gentle stretching and mindful movement, you’ll learn how to support your joints for better stability and ease. This practice may also help relieve tension and discomfort, promoting a greater sense of freedom in your body.


Juggling Class

Instructor: Federico (IT / EN / FR)
Duration 2h
When: Any time after 11am

Juggling is a great activity to improve coordination, dexterity and reactions – and it’s fun! Federico can teach any level from beginner to advanced, with balls, clubs, diabolo and devilstick. Ages 5+


Dance Classes

Styles: Contemporary, Fusion Belly Dance, High Heels, Frame-Up

Jacobine is a professional dancer, teacher and movement coach. Her passion is helping people reconnect with their bodies, express themselves freely, and build deep confidence through movement and strength. All levels are welcome!


Qigong Class

Instructor: Oli (EN / IT / CN / FR / PT / DE / ES)
Duration 1.5 – 2h
When: Morning or evening (Oli recommends practising soon after waking up or soon before going to bed)

Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that can bring many benefits including improved health, wellbeing and sleep, increased energy and reduced stress. Milun Five Elements Qigong is a moving meditation comprised of a simple sequence of movements that can be learned quickly, yet improved for a lifetime. Oli has been training and teaching taiji and qigong since 2008.


ACROYOGA CLASS

Instructors: Silvia and Federico (IT / EN)

Acroyoga is a discipline that mixes yoga, acrobatics and Thai massage. Practised in pairs or in groups, it cultivates trust, communication and connection through dynamic and restorative poses.


Workout (Pilates inspired)

Instructor: Jacobine (EN / DK)
Duration 45min – 1h
When: Any time

Want to build those abs of steel?
This is the class for you.

This workout is core focused, but can also be adjusted to target wherever you want to focus on building strength in your body.

Cooking Class

Instructor: Oli (EN / IT / CN / FR / PT / DE / ES)
Duration 1 – 1.5h
When: Lunch or dinner time

Oli is passionate about cooking, specialising in Chinese, Indian and Italian cuisine. Choose your meal from our little recipe book and Oli will guide you through the preparation process. All our recipes are vegan and can be prepared gluten-free.

A copy of the whole recipe book will be yours to take home and enjoy at your leisure.


Dine at home

When: Lunch or dinner time

Our in-house chef Oli will prepare a meal of your choice from our recipe book at a time of your choosing. All our recipes are vegan/vegetarian and can be prepared gluten-free.

We suggest pairing it with a bottle of local wine from our guest shop!
