The Re-balance Retreat is all about taking care of yourself. Join us in the gorgeous mountains and lakes of north Italy for a week of rest, relaxation and recovery.

This week of rest and relaxation is designed to get you away from the stress of daily life and rebalance body and mind.
Enjoy a variety of calm activities including lake swimming and walks in nature, stretching and working out, meditation, taiji/qigong, and more, alongside vegan cuisine, comfy beds and cosy evenings.
All activities are optional and adjustable to the needs and desires of the guests.
During this week, guests are encouraged (but not required) to engage in a digital detox – leaving phones away for the daytime activities.

Price includes lodging in double, twin or shared rooms, food and all workshops and activities.

Regular: 700€

Workshop Information
Milun Five Elements Qigong is a simple movement meditation that can be learned quickly, but developed for life. Five sequences of movements that work the whole body, with particular emphasis on joint and tendon mobilisation. With roots in traditional Chinese medicine, philosophy and martial arts, Five Elements Qigong is at once powerful, yet also calm and meditative.
Joint Health focusses on building strength around the body’s major joints, improving mobility and enhancing flexibility. Through targeted exercises, gentle stretching and mindful movement, you’ll learn how to support your joints for better stability and ease. This practice may also help relieve tension and discomfort, promoting a greater sense of freedom in your body.
Breathwork will cover a number of techniques that work with the breath to create deeper relaxation, to calm the mind and to release stress and tension.
About the retreat leaders:

Oli Pinchbeck is a martial artist, juggler and project manager originally from the UK. Training in taiji and qigong for 18 years, Oli will be leading the sessions in internal martial arts and meditation.
Jacobine Tone is a professional contemporary dancer and movement artist originally from Denmark. Dancing for more than 10 years, Jacobine will be leading the sessions in stretching, movement and breath-work.
